Solterra Way
A 2,209 sq ft certified high performance home in Durham, featured on the High Performance Home Tour. Passive solar, a 10.58 kW array, and every piece of exposed wood milled from trees off its own lot.
Duplex ADU
Dorcas Street
The largest accessory dwelling Raleigh allows. Two 800 sq ft homes, each two bed two bath, with every duct designed inside the insulated envelope and concrete floors in both units.
Accessory Dwelling
Battery ADU
Four hundred square feet in downtown Raleigh with a full kitchen, full bath and laundry. A custom ship's ladder to the loft, and an unfinished floor working as thermal mass through the summer.

Four hundred square feet of bare studs and plywood over a garage, turned into an insulated media room with a wet bar, built in cabinetry and heated tile floors.
