The Builder Is the Guy Who Answers the Phone.

Nick Gwiazdowski started buying and renovating rental properties while he was still competing as an athlete, wrestling for the NC State Wolfpack and then eight years on the USA Men's Freestyle National Team. Managing and renovating those properties is where the construction side began.

He liked it enough to make it the job. Today NG Custom Builders holds an unlimited building license in North Carolina, covering commercial and residential work with no cap on project value.

I take pride in delivering efficient, safe and well executed projects, while keeping communication clear with clients and subcontractors alike.

Nick is on site, he answers his own phone, and he is the person you deal with from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. There is no account manager in between and no crew you have never met showing up at your house.
